Rapid Vehicle Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 09949124. Registered office: Wellington Mill, Bolton Road, Blackburn, England, BB2 3PZ. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Rapid Vehicle Solutions Ltd, and “you” means the person using this website.

These terms govern your use of this website only. They are not the agreement under which you lease a vehicle. That is a separate document, provided and signed before any vehicle is supplied, and it takes precedence over anything on this website.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or using the vehicle finder does not create a contract and does not reserve a vehicle. It is a request for us to contact you.

A quotation we give you is an invitation to proceed, not a binding offer. No agreement exists until a lease agreement has been signed by both of us [CONFIRM CONTRACT FORMATION POINT].

We lease vehicles we own. Each listing shows the monthly payment including and excluding VAT, the initial payment, the contract type and the annual mileage allowance that applies to that vehicle.

• ·Prices and availability can change, and a vehicle shown may be leased to someone else before you contact us.
• ·Photographs show the specific vehicle where we have photographed it. Where a listing has no photography we say so rather than showing a stock image of a different car.
• ·We take care over specifications and mileages but do not warrant that every detail is free of error. Anything you are relying on, please confirm with us before committing.

You may use this site to browse our stock and to contact us. You may not attempt to disrupt it, gain access to areas or accounts that are not yours, extract its content systematically, or use it to send anything unlawful.

The content of this site, including the vehicle photography, is ours or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our agreement.

Where we give you access to the customer portal, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused.

Documents you upload are covered by our privacy policy.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
