Complaints
If we have got something wrong, here is how to tell us and what happens next.
Tell us first
Most things are quickest to fix by telling the person you have been dealing with. If that has not worked, or you would rather not, contact us directly:
- Email info@rapidvehiclesolutions.com
- Call 0208 163 3831
- Write to us at Wellington Mill, Bolton Road, Blackburn, England, BB2 3PZ
You do not need to use a particular form of words, and you do not need to call it a complaint for us to treat it as one.
What to tell us
It helps us resolve things faster if you can include:
- Your name and how best to reach you.
- The vehicle or agreement it concerns, if it concerns one.
- What happened, and roughly when.
- What you would like us to do to put it right.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, look into it, and write to you with our answer and our reasons. We aim to respond in full within eight weeks of receiving it.
If it is going to take us longer than that, we will tell you why and when you can expect our answer, rather than letting the date pass in silence.
Nothing in this procedure affects your right to take a dispute to court, or any right you have under consumer law.
Complaints about your personal data
This route does not depend on the section above. If your complaint is about how we have handled your personal data, tell us first at info@rapidvehiclesolutions.com, and if you remain unhappy you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. You can go to the ICO without coming to us first.
What we hold and why is set out in our privacy policy.
Our records
We keep a record of complaints and how they were resolved, so we can see whether the same thing keeps happening. We keep those records for six years, which matches the period for contract and customer records in our privacy policy.
Changes
If we change this procedure we will update this page. Last updated: 24 August 2026.
