Rapid Vehicle Solutions

Long-term flexible leasing · Cars & vans

No multi-year contract.
Scale up when work does.

Six months minimum, then month to month for as long as you need it. One month's notice to hand a vehicle back, and your upfront payment is refundable. No three-year commitment.

The problem with a three-year lease

Your workload isn’t fixed. Why is your fleet?

Most leasing locks you into 24, 36 or 48 months per vehicle. That works if your business is predictable. It doesn’t if you take on a big contract in spring and quieten down by November, or if you’re growing and genuinely don’t know what next year looks like.

Long-term flexible leasing removes the commitment. You take the vehicles you need now, on a rolling monthly basis, and adjust as the work changes.

Seasonal businesses

Landscapers, events, agriculture, retail logistics — take vehicles for the busy months and hand them back after.

Contract-based work

Won a six-month job? Take vehicles for six months, not three years.

Growing companies

Add vehicles as you hire, without committing to a headcount you're not certain of yet.

Cover and gaps

Bridging a delayed order, covering an off-road vehicle, or trialling a van spec before committing.

How it works

Four steps, no long form

  1. Tell us what you need

Vehicle type, how many, roughly how long, and what you need them to do. If you're not sure how long, say so — that's the point of the product.

  2. We source and price it

We find the vehicles and come back with monthly pricing and the upfront figure. Cars, vans, 4x4s and premium vehicles.

  3. Delivered to you

Nationwide delivery to your site or premises, typically within 7 to 10 working days.

  4. Keep it or hand it back

After six months the agreement runs month to month. Give a month's notice, return the vehicle, and your upfront payment comes back to you.

Common questions

Before you commit

What happens to my upfront payment if I hand the vehicle back?

The upfront payment is refundable when the vehicle is returned. This is unusual in vehicle leasing, where an initial payment is normally the first rental and is gone.

Refund is subject to: the vehicle being returned in good condition allowing for fair wear and tear; mileage being within the agreed allowance, or excess mileage charges being settled; all monthly payments being up to date; and any damage charges being settled. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the vehicle being collected and inspected.

Is there a minimum period before I can return it?

Yes — six months. After that the agreement runs month to month for as long as you need the vehicle.

How much notice do I need to give?

One month. So the shortest possible commitment is six months plus a month’s notice.

How many miles do I get?

10,000 miles a year, in line with a standard lease. If you cover more than that, tell us at the quote stage and we will price it in rather than leave you with a charge at the end. Excess mileage beyond the allowance is charged at 12p per mile.

What is and isn't included?

Road tax and roadside assistance are included. Servicing and maintenance are not, and you arrange your own insurance — budget for both when comparing the monthly figure against products that bundle them in.
