Which cookies this website sets, which it does not, and how to control them.
The short version
Browsing this website sets no cookies at all. We set none for analytics, none for advertising, and none to remember how you found us. There are no third-party tracking scripts on any page.
One cookie is set if — and only if — you sign in to My Rapid, and it exists to keep you signed in.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. It can be read back on a later page or a later visit. Some are needed for a site to function at all; others exist to measure behaviour or to target advertising, and those require your permission.
The cookie we set

This is a strictly necessary cookie: the portal cannot keep you signed in without it, so it is not something we ask permission for. It is only ever set once you sign in. If you never use the portal, it is never set.
What we do not set
- No analytics cookies. Google Analytics is not installed on this site — there is no measurement tag on any page.
- No advertising or remarketing cookies, and no Meta, Google Ads or TikTok pixel.
- No session-recording or heatmap tools.
- No cookies set by anyone other than us. The only things any page loads from another domain are the vehicle photographs, from our own image store.
We previously set a first-party cookie recording how you arrived at the site, including any Google Click Identifier from an advert. It has been switched off, because it ran before we had asked your permission. Any copy still on your device is deleted the next time you visit.
What will change
We intend to add analytics so we can see which pages help people and which do not. When that happens a consent banner will appear first, nothing will be measured until you choose, and you will be able to change your mind afterwards. This page will list every cookie involved before any of it is switched on.
Attribution may return in a reduced form — how you reached the site, without the Google Click Identifier — and it will sit behind the same consent control.
Controlling cookies
You can delete cookies and block them in your browser settings, under Privacy in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge. Blocking the session cookie will stop My Rapid from keeping you signed in; nothing else on this site depends on cookies, so the rest will behave normally.
